Refund & Return Policy

At ShuddhDaily | Kritu’s Homely Bites, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is packed fresh, handled hygienically, and delivered in perfect condition. Since our items include perishable goods such as laddus and food staples, we follow a strict No Return & No Replacement policy.

1. No Returns on Perishable Items

• Laddus and other edible products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. No Returns for Damaged Products

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products damaged after delivery.

• Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

• Once processed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Incorrect Product Delivered

• In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order ID

  • Photo of the product received

  • Description of the issue

• We will review and provide a replacement or resolution.

5. Quality Assurance

• All our products are sourced fresh and checked before packing.

• If you have concerns about quality, reach out to us within 24 hours, and we will assess the issue.
